PREAMBLE
The general conditions of sale determine the relations between the company KITEBOARDINGMAURITIUS and its CLIENTS.
ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS:

KITEBOARDINGMAURITIUS disclaims any liability for the use or content of the products ordered. The proposed products respect the European legislation in force. All brands quoted by KITEBOARDINGMAURITIUS are registered trademarks of their respective owners. The characteristics of the products are only indicative and can not engage KITEBOARDINGMAURITIUS.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:
KITEBOARDINGMAURITIUS can not be held responsible for the unavailability of a product due to the fact of the supplier and / or manufacturer. ALL products are not stored in the KITEBOARDINGMAURITIUS's reserves and its offer is then subject to the availability of items at suppliers or manufacturers. Any eventual stock-outs can not therefore be attributed to KITEBOARDINGMAURITIUS. The shipping time is 6 to 10 weeks.
ORDER:
The sale will only be concluded upon acceptance of the order by the CLIENT. KITEBOARDINGMAURITIUS reserves the right to cancel any order froma customer with whom there is a dispute over the payment of a previous order. The information given by the buyer, when placing an order commit it: in case of error in the wording of the addressee's details, the seller can not be held responsible for the impossibility in which he could find himself deliver the product. MODES AND DEADLINES FOR PAYMENT:
Are accepted: payments by bank transfer or check. The delivery period does not take effect until the receipt of the CLIENT payment.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If, within 3 days of receiving the goods, a CUSTOMER finds an anomaly or a proven defect in one of the articles, after contact made by the CUSTOMER to customer service, KITEBOARDINGMAURITIUS agrees to perform exhange of goods upon receipt.
CONFIDENTIALITY:

These general conditions of sale are governed by Mauritian law. For all disputes relating to potential commercial disputes between KITEBOARDINGMAURITIUS and its CUSTOMERS, the Court of Port Louis will have sole jurisdiction.
GUARANTEE:
The guarantee for hidden defect or defect of construction can not fall under or be franchised, any recourse must be done near the manufacturer.
RETENTION OF TITLE:
